ASPEN

Plant characteristics:

The Aspen, [Populus trembles]  it is a weak tree, with a shorter lifespan than other trees, on average it lives around sixty years, where it grows to around fifteen meters. It is also called "aspen tree" (Populus tremula), with rounded leaves, connected to the branch by a flat petiole, which makes them vibrate in the slightest breeze, that is, the leaves literally "shake" to any type of climate change or light wind.

Dr. Bach  he related this plant to some types of vague fears, fears that are difficult to explain, with no reason to exist, that is, they are fears without rational reasons.

For any unnamed fear. On the one hand, Aspen fear may just be the feeling of a foreboding, the uncomfortable anxiety of sensing that something is going to happen. On the other hand, it can be a feeling of deep fear with physical symptoms such as goose bumps or standing hair.

People sometimes think of Aspen as the night fear, related to nightmares and night terrors. And Aspen is certainly the appropriate floral if you're lying down in the dark of night, terrified and not knowing why. However, Dr.Bach classified the fear of the dark as a fear  Mimulus , as he has a known cause: darkness. And Aspen fears are just as likely to be felt at night as they are in full sunlight.

The description of Dr. Bach

For vague and unknown fears that cannot be explained and unreasonable. The patient may become terrified, afraid that something terrible will happen, although he doesn't know what. These vague and inexplicable fears can haunt you night and day. Those who suffer are afraid to share their concerns with others.
