​ The clinic was born in 2000 when I, Dr Paulo Costa, decided to start serving the public. I started my studies in reality inside a martial arts academy, where my karate sensei Yoshihiro Guengo Miyagawa taught me shiatsu and chiropractic to treat injuries from the sport itself.

In 1996 I started studying Chinese medicine in the Tatuapé neighborhood in São Paulo where I did a final internship at the Beijing Faculty of Acupuncture and Orthopedics in China. After a year of studying Chinese medicine I became even more interested in continuing to study this beautiful art and started my studies in mystery schools such as Eubiose and AMORC.

I was in the physical education graduation where I graduated in 1999 when my karate teacher recommended me to study acupuncture with a friend of his in the Liberdade neighborhood where I studied for three years and graduated in Chinese acupuncture, microsystem therapies, koryo sooji chim among other techniques alternatives. These studies took place at Satosp, Koryo Sooji Chim School, among other small traditional schools in São Paulo.

In 2002 I was already attending and felt the need to further my studies where I entered the physiotherapy faculty where I graduated and graduated in acupuncture and intensive care.

A few years later I was asked to teach courses in Chinese medicine, I believe it was in 2008, and since then I have been teaching acupuncture, chiropractic, shiatsu, auriculotherapy, reiki.

With a lot of teaching and putting together handouts about TCM, I ended up writing two books: the reiki master published by Madras publishers and another on acupuncture: Acupuncture Compendium, where I teach objective clinical reasoning and the proper use of 71 energy channels.

I currently work in the city of Socorro SP, in the interior of São Paulo, and teach Chinese and alternative medicine in person and now through this website through distance learning EAD.

I also have a youtube channel where I give tips and discuss topics about TCM, reiki and other alternative therapies.
