  The first sign of spleen deficiency is accumulation of swelling, tiredness, slow digestion, excessive worry, and depression. The ideal in any treatment is to feed the kidney, liver and spleen. This is the best preventive method to avoid illness.

 

I - NOURISHING FORMULA  THE IQ AND BLOOD

  Qi and Blood are  very close, the disability  one generates the deficiency of the other. when does this occur  the proper treatment will be  tone both at the same time. The most common cause of disability  of Qi and Blood is  severe blood loss, but chronic disorders  of spleen qi  they can also reduce blood production.

  The most common manifestations of disability  of blood qi together are shortness of breath, palpitation, tiredness, insomnia, and other signs of lack of rest, yellowish appearance, pale tongue, and poor, thin pulse.

Gui Pi Tang

Ménière's Syndrome

V  - FORMULA THAT HEATS AND TONIFIES YANG

  These formulas treat yang deficiency patterns and focus on tonifying the yang of the kidney as well as the lung and spleen.

  The main manifestation of kidney yang deficiency is systemic exhaustion accompanied by a feeling of cold that is relieved by wearing more clothing than is the feeling of cold or shivering from an outside pathogen that is not relieved by wearing outerwear.

  Yang deficiency also includes curling up, aversion to cold, cold extremities, pain and weakness in the lower back and legs.

Tongue: pale

Jin Gui Shen Qi Wan

warms and tonifies kidney yang

 

  NOTE

  - The kidneys govern the bones and the lower back.

  - Without the yang of the kidneys it is not possible to heat the Lower Burner causing a feeling of cold in the lower part of the body and tension in the lower part of the abdomen.

  - The pure and the impure are not separated and there are urinary difficulties. Without the qi to move the water, there will be urinary problems and swelling, also causing wheezing and irritability.

  - The bladder may lose the ability to hold water and have increased frequency  urinary  and incontinence.

ZHI BAI DI HUYANG WAN

QI JU DI HUANG WAN

MING MU DI HUANG WAN
