EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Upon receiving the product, the user must check for possible defects/breakdowns and all the characteristics that confirm the choice of merchandise, such as: model, measurements and features. If the product is in disagreement, the user may request an exchange or return by phone (19) 982242694, e-mail - paulocostafisio@hotmail.com, or directly by Contact on site at no additional cost.
For exchange and/or return, the product must be returned in the original packaging, with no signs of use and accompanied by an invoice.
If there are additional accessories, these must also be sent.
Deadlines are respected in accordance with the Consumer Defense Code.
PRODUCT SENT IN DISAGREEMENT:
There will be no freight cost for exchange or return of products that have been shipped in disagreement with the order.
In case the product is returned, the payment will be refunded as highlighted below (Return Payment).
OTHER EXCHANGES/RETURNS:
If the exchange/return is motivated by the customer's withdrawal, the deadline is 7 calendar days from receipt.

PAYMENT RETURN:
Payment made via credit/debit card and bank slip: The return is made by PAGSEGURO to the card operator, which credits the amount to the user on their bill. The average return period is 40 days, however it varies according to each operator.
Payment made by bank deposit: The return is made by Paulo GS Costa with a deposit in a bank account in the customer's name only and within an average period of 15 working days.
Return shipping: Shipping will only be returned if the products are shipped incorrectly, to the wrong address or if the product has a manufacturing defect proven by technical assistance.
In case of exchanges or withdrawal for other reasons, the freight will be borne solely by the customer.
