Plant characteristics:

   Elm [Ulmus procera] also known as Common Elm or English Elm. In the past, it was one of the most popular trees in Great Betanha. It is an immense, strong tree, which can reach thirty meters in height. When the flowers open, the tree even glows in the warm sunlight.

   It is the remedy for those who suffer a temporary loss of confidence in their abilities due to the burden of responsibility on their hands. Typical Elms are successful people who work with motivation, in an exemplary way, on things they believe in. But sometimes the weight of responsibility weighs them down and they feel they can't respond.

The floral helps to dispel these feelings so that we can resume our lives free from the inner threat of failure.

It may be helpful to compare Elm status with Larch. In the first, people willingly accept challenges and only occasionally doubt their ability to meet them. It is the scale of the task, not the difficulty of doing it well, that leads to a crisis. whereas, to  Larch , the conviction of failure has been with them from the beginning, and because of that conviction, they tend not to even try.
