Formulated with five florals
It's the best known of all remedies, but it's actually not even "a remedy."
It is a mix of five different florals:
And ssa mixture was created by Dr. Bach to deal with emergencies and crisis situations; times when there is no time to make an individual floral selection. This formula can be used to help us, for example, to overcome any stressful situation, from unexpected nervousness due to an exam to the aftermath of an accident.
The most famous brand of crisis formula is known for Rescue Remedy, however all flower producers have their own version of the formula.
The Crisis Formula is designed to help deal with immediate problems. If you are dealing with deeper issues or feel that you need to be "rescued" daily, it will be more helpful to you prepare a selection specifically addressed to your question so that, in this way, you can benefit from the support of the flower essences in the search and construction of more long-term solutions.
the cream version
The emergency formula contains the same 5 florals as the liquid version, adding to it Crab Apple , the cleansing remedy. This formula dates back to the early 60's and was created by Nora Weeks, personal assistant to Dr. Bach.
The cream is also an emergency formula and a practical way to apply the emergency formula to wounds and swellings of all kinds.
Most floral producers also produce the cream version. Also in this case, the best known version of the emergency cream formula is the range Rescue.
Other pre- mixed formulas
Some flower producers offer combinations that are said to treat certain problems, such as lack of sleep, tiredness, pre-exam stress, and even weight or relationship issues.
Pay attention to these products. The traditional rescue formula has proven its usefulness and success over several years in all types of emergencies, small or large. The same cannot be said of mixtures created for specific situations or symptoms. The problem with these mixtures is that they tend to be ineffective as they are not prepared based on the individual's specific situation and characteristics.
Take insomnia as an example. Lack of sleep can be caused by different conditions, which in turn can be associated with various flower remedies, including Vervain , aspen , Mimulus , agrimony or Red Chestnut .
However, the The most famous premixed preparation on the market for lack of sleep does not contain any of these remedies.
The only effective way to deal with specific situations that do not represent an emergency will always be to prepare for a personalized selection of flower remedies.
